We were given the prototype, designed a new cap that fit all the wires, and increased the bottom diameter to match the cap so it wouldn’t rattle in the tube it was placed in.

Started from a rough FreeCAD concept and turned into a finished housing for buttons and a charging port. We refined the fit through multiple print iterations until the latch, tolerances, and screen opening all worked the way they should.

A customer brought us print-ready files for custom housings for rear-facing roadside lights, and we chose ASA to handle the heat and UV exposure of an Indiana car interior. The finished parts fit cleanly, wire neatly, and look like they belong there.
